How a lockout callout works

You call, describe the door and lock, and we give you a price range and an honest arrival window. On arrival our technician confirms who you are and that you are entitled to access the property, then quotes a fixed price before touching the lock. Nothing is charged until you approve it in writing or by SMS.

Non-destructive entry first

Most residential and commercial locks can be opened with picking, bypass or decoding tools that leave the hardware intact. Drilling is a last resort, only used when the lock is already damaged, of a high-security type that cannot be bypassed, or when you ask us to replace it anyway. We will always tell you before we drill and what the replacement will cost.

What we need from you

Photo ID with the property address, a lease or rates notice, or confirmation from the landlord or managing agent. For commercial premises we need written authority from the business owner or a listed director. This protects you as much as it protects us.

Common questions

Will you damage my door?

In the large majority of lockouts the door and lock are left fully intact. If we believe damage is unavoidable, we explain why and get your approval first.

Can you open a car?

We focus on buildings, not vehicles. If you are locked out of a car we will tell you straight away so you can call a specialist automotive locksmith or your roadside assistance provider.
