Accessibility Statement

We want this site and our service to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.

What we aim for

We build this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target. In practice that means semantic headings, text alternatives for meaningful images, visible focus states, colour contrast that holds up at normal settings, and a layout that reflows on small screens and at high zoom.

Known limitations

We test as we build, but no site is perfect. If you find a page, form or control that does not work with your assistive technology, please tell us and we will fix it and, in the meantime, help you another way.

Accessible service

You can book and receive a written quote entirely by phone or email.
We can send quotes and invoices in plain text if PDFs are difficult for you to read.
Tell us about access needs at the property when you book, and we will plan around them.
