About us
A locksmith business built around clear pricing
Why we operate this way
Locksmithing is bought under pressure. People call when they are standing outside in the cold, or after a break-in, or when a shop cannot open for trade. That pressure is exactly what makes vague pricing and unnecessary drilling so common in this industry.
Our answer is procedural rather than promotional. We give a realistic price range on the phone. We confirm a fixed price on site before starting. We attempt non-destructive entry first. We check that you are entitled to access the property. Then we invoice exactly the figure that was agreed.
What we do and do not do
We specialise in mechanical locksmithing for buildings: locks, cylinders, keys, door hardware, safes and access planning. We do not do automotive locksmithing, and we do not install networked electronic access control systems. If your job needs one of those, we will tell you on the phone so you are not paying us to find out.
Standards and paperwork
Locksmith work in Victoria is regulated, and we work within those requirements. You receive an itemised tax invoice for every job, which matters for insurance claims, rental reimbursement and any later warranty question. We are happy to provide our business details, licence information and insurance particulars on request before you book.
Your rights come first
Everything we sell carries the consumer guarantees set out in the Australian Consumer Law. Services must be supplied with due care and skill; goods must be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. Those rights sit above anything in our own terms.
